SanGIS Services and Front Desk Mapping

Due to the recent Social Distancing directives of the County of San Diego, and in consideration of staff with families affected by school district and child-care facilities closures, SanGIS had made every effort to ensure staff has the ability to work from home. In doing so, SanGIS offices will be minimally staffed for the next several weeks.

As a result of these changes, SanGIS front desk services will function with limited availability. SanGIS is temporarily suspending walk-in front desk support. Front desk support for customers requiring maps will be conducted remotely and provided in a digital format sent directly to the requestor. Any front desk support requesting physical maps will require an appointment. All requests for maps or appointments should be made through SanGIS will review all requests and communicate an anticipated fulfillment time based on available resources and staffing.
